Aviation regulator DGCA on Tuesday slapped a show-cause on domestic carrier Go First, citing “multiple mistakes” that led to a Delhi-bound flight taking off from Bengaluru the previous morning without 55 passengers who had been waiting in a bus for their turn to board. The notice to the chief operating officer and a manager of the airline listed “lack of proper communication, coordination, reconciliation and confirmation” among the lapses ahead of flight departing at 5.45am on Monday.
